WunderWorks announces Windows based multi-user/multi-cursor Software Development Kit (SDK) for game and educational developers during Gamescom 2009 conference.

WunderWorks, the world's leading multi-user software company, announces its first true SDK for multi-user solution developers. WunderWorks’ software solutions enable groups of people to interact live on a single computer with multiple mice and keyboards. It also supports alternative HID devices like interactive whiteboards, tablets, multi-touch screens etc. The SDK enables developers to create true live interaction software for Windows based Operating Systems.

WunderWorks CEO Árpád Gerecsey: "Generic multi-user live presence on standard PC’s will be the next revolution in the ICT industry. Enabling interaction between a great number of users together on one standard Windows machine will open up the worlds biggest platform for multi-user gaming and education. We are very excited about this!“

Where Nintendo’s WII games still needs specific hardware, developers will now be able to create, test and distribute multi-user applications for any PC with multiple generic HID devices. As the first company offering this technology commercially since 2006, WunderWorks has partnered with companies such as IBM and Barco. It is now delivering its technology around the world to educational solution providers, business entertainment and industrial clients. WunderWorks has recently developed a 12-user game bar for the Dutch national casinos, Holland Casino.

Software Development Kit

The core technology enables the creation of multi-user applications in Flash or C and is offered as an API/SDK. It allows developers to utilize multiple inputs to create or extend any Windows based application. It allows for the creation of management and hierarchy functionalities and much more. Currently the core engine is enabled for Windows Operating systems including XP/Vista.

Mr. Gerecsey: “We are thrilled to demonstrate the many and varied uses to developers from the international industry and look forward to receiving you, at our stand, during the conference."The conference takes place from 19-22 August, 2009 at the Cologne Fairground, Germany. You can find us in the Holland Games Pavilion, hall 4.2, F023c/H022c.
